Boris Herrmann is a German solo offshore sailor competing in the IMOCA 60 class, the open ocean racing yachts that contest the Vendée Globe and the Transat Jacques Vabre.
September 2019. Onboard time during a campaign year, the kind of preparation that turns into a circumnavigation eighteen months later. Herrmann would go on to finish fifth in the 2020-2021 Vendée Globe.
